TELEPHONE ORDERS: If you'd like to place your order by Phone, please call TOLL FREE AT 1-877-572-1970 between 12:00 NOON and 3:00 PM Eastern Time and someone will be happy to help you. If our lines are busy simply leave your name and number and we'll return the call as soon as possible. Our telephone lines are open 12:00 Noon to 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday-Friday only. You can leave messages any time and we will get back in touch.
FAX ORDERS: Send a FAX to 704-366-9179 and include the product name, item number, price, your credit card number and expiration date, the full name on the credit card, the billing address of the card, and the shipping address (if different), telephone number, and your e-mail address. We will e-mail you a confirmation as soon as the order is processed.
Order via the internet on our secure site and when asked for payment method select "Purchase Order". Then in the "Comments" section of the order you can leave us a message telling us how you intend to pay for the order...personal check, money order, credit card via mail, etc. We will hold your order until we receive payment. Once the payment has been verified we will process the order and notify you it has been processed.
Feel free to send us your order via mail with your personal check or money order. We will deposit your check and insure that it clears properly before processing your order. This usually takes 24-48 hours. Please include an email address with your order so that we can easily communicate with you. If you do not have one, a telephone number will suffice. YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS WILL NOT BE GIVEN OR SOLD TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR BUSINESS...YOU HAVE OUR PROMISE ON THIS.
GIFT CERTIFICATES:If you wish to purchase a gift certificate simply call our toll free number and furnish our customer service personnel with the following information: Your name, address, credit card information, person to receive certificate, where you want it mailed, amount of certificate, and all contact information. We will then mail a printed certificate to either you or the recipient which states who it is presented to, who it is from, the amount of the certificate, and how to redeem it. Your credit card will not be charged until their order is placed and shipped.
