These sconces are adapted from late 19th-century Italian giltwood frames in the Rococo Revival style. The originals are at Rose Cliff, one of the great Gilded Age mansions in Newport, Rhode Island. It is shown in an antique gold leaf finish with antique mercury glass. CARVERS' GUILD licensee to THE PRESERVATION SOCIETY OF NEWPORT COUNTY.
